Too often family law cases are plagued with problems and high conflict. To help combat this, I approach all of my cases as a problem solver. There is a resolution to every problem, and reducing conflict can help you get to a resolution more quickly. Conflict will complicate your case making it more time consuming, which can make your case last longer and increase both parties’ attorney’s fees.
My goal in working with you is to help solve your problems and reduce the conflict. You should never be forced into a resolution, but you should always be given the chance to make one. Unfortunately, you and the other party won’t always agree on the right resolution. In those instances, and when it is otherwise necessary, I am ready and willing to take your case to trial.
I am compassionate with my clients, and I offer you not only my years of experience in dealing with similar issues, but also my patience, understanding, availability and dedication.
